  Looking at the last name, it’s Trinity poague. Additional bit of info, she was found guilty for felony murder of Romeo Angeles and her own boyfriend’s 18-month-old son. She was sentenced to life in prison with a possibility of parole after she serves 30 years with good behavior. As part of the verdict she was also found guilty of two account of aggravated battery and one count of cruelty to children in the first degree

  All forms of murder are felonies, the difference between ‘felony murder’ and ‘malice murder’ is Malice Murder requires the intent to to kill. So in her case, she most likely did not have the intention to kill, but two deaths did happen at her fault. In most courts she’d be serving a minimum 30 year sentence
